Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering with the service at shakomakou.com, I, as a personal data subject, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", give [SITE OWNER / OPERATOR NAME] (the "Operator") my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data covered

Email address, name/display name, username, as well as technical data (IP address, device and session information) and content that I voluntarily post in the Service.

2. Purposes

Registration and access to the Service, authentication, security, communication with me, and fulfilment of payment obligations (if any).

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer (to the extent necessary for the Service to work — to infrastructure and payment providers), blocking and deletion — both automated and manual. The list of recipients, including those located outside the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer), is given in the Privacy Policy.

4. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent by sending a written request to contact@ndbh.pro; after withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data unless otherwise required by law.

This consent is given by ticking the box / registering in the Service and is equivalent to a handwritten signature.
